GDI Fast TrackTeam can help you succeed with GDI (Global Domains
International) using our cooperative promotion methods. You can turn
$10/mo into a six-figure income, make money from home and have a
Team promoting YOUR GDI Business!
Teams And Groups
One first suggestion I have is to have 2 separate email
addresses for
your GDI Fast Track Team business. One for general communication
with the Team. One for when you are a Team Leader to "catch" the
incoming prospect emails so you can keep track of the ones that
need information request letters sent to, follow-up letters sent to,
and then "moved" to your main Team email when they become
members. Set up "folders" (or in Gmail's case "labels")so you can
keep track of
your Team members, and your prospects. ie:
"1st letter sent", "2nd
letter sent", "link sent", etc.
A lot of folks kind of "stress out" about tracking Teams and
managing their own Team, thinking they will have to monitor
and manage all of
their own levels and therefore 9,330 people!
Whew! That WOULD be a challenge!
But the reality is, YOU need to be responsible for 6 people!
Your first
level! Those 6 people will be responsible for their 6
first level people.
That's it!
Support, promote for, help, and communicate with your 6
first level
people and they will do the same, and they will do
the same, and so on.
What you do
need to keep track of is your 6 first level people's
names, the date and TIME that
they joined GDI under you,
and how many people they have in their first level.
Your GDI back office can provide you
with all of that information
except the Time they joined.
This could be
important in determining rotation placement.
You can download a spreadsheet to help you keep track of
your 6 and their 6

The Evolution of Teams
You can kind of look at it as 3 Teams that each memberparticipates in....
1st Team-Your "originating Team"...the one you joined from.
Once you are "Prepared to Promote", you
promote your originating Team to help:
(a) complete your sponsor's first level 6
.....and then
(b) to fill the first level of the next person in rotation in your Originating Team.
This enables your Sponsor's Team to depart the Originating
Team to start their own promotion.
So your Sponsor's downline has to help get replacements for
the Originating Team before they leave otherwise the
promotional power of the Originating Team would decrease
every time one of it's members got their six.
2nd Team-Your Sponsor's Team....Your sponsor is the Team Leader.
Each Team Leader has their own autoresponder and splash
pages for you and their other 5 members to promote. If you
were the second person to join under your Sponsor, you
will be the second person in their Team rotation.
(Assuming you become "Prepared to Promote" in a timely
fashion.)
So your Sponsors Team first fills the first level of the 1st
person in their rotation with 6 members, those people become
"Prepared" and begin promoting your Sponsor's Team (their
Originating Team) ....all the while your Sponsor's Team
continues it's cycle and places 6 on the 2nd of it's member's
first level. When the second level's 6 are "Prepared to Promote",
this Team (your Sponsor's Team....THEIR Originating Team),
THEN member #1 and his/her 6 members can depart and start
their own Team.
The process continues in this fashion until your Sponsor's
Team has completed it's rotation and all 6 of it's members
have received their 6. But the end of the Sponsor's Team
rotation is completed by New members, the first member
in rotation will have started their own Team before the 4th,
5th, or 6th member have their 6 most likely. This keeps the
promotion level constant for every Team all the the way to
the end of their rotation instead of either dwindling, or
holding new members back for too long before they
may start their (your Team's) rotation.
3rd Team - YOUR Team....I will provide you with your own Team autoresponder and splash pages and you will assist
your 6 downline members to place 6 members on each
of their first levels.
Your Team Leader will notify me when you need your
Team Leader materials and I will get them prepared
and emailed to you.
One caveat: No Team is "launched" while any of it's 6 members
are still listed as "Trial" with GDI...they must all be Active" and paid.
So in any Team's evolution, it's numbers are least at it's launch.
7 people. The Sponsor (Team Leader) and his/her 6 downline members.
They bring in 6 people to the first person in rotation and those people become "Prepared". Now there are 13 people promoting the Team.
The Team continues, now placing people on the 2nd member's 1st level.
Those people become "Prepared" and there could be as many as 19 people
promoting the Team before the 1st member and his/her 6 depart to start their own Team. Then the number promoting the Originating Team decreases by 7.
So after the very first 6 new people begin promoting, the total number
of people promoting a given Team never drops below 13 and builds to 19.
Until that Team completes it's 6 member rotation and then it disappears!
Some folks in newer Teams have felt that certain "older" Teams have an unfair advantage. I say, every Team goes through the exact same evolution. Yes, it is tougher getting going with 7 people, but as your Team grows, so does your promotional power and the "older" Teams that you may feel are dominating will disappear and YOUR Team will appear dominant during it's evolution.
There are a couple key issues to keep in mind.
- Be sure to keep track of the date your new people signed up,
maintain contact with them, offer suggestions like best TE's
to get "Ready to Promote", and generally get to know them.
As it has been said many times, Make your 6 succeed and YOU
will succeed! We hope they will be "ready" in a weeks time.
Some folks can't, and that is fine. - When they have let you know that they ARE "ready" send them
your Team's URL's as soon as possible and make a note of THAT
date. - HAVE FUN! There are no wrong answers! Every one of us is
here
for one reason! To make a better life for ourselves and those we
love! We have a vehicle that can do that for us if we work TOGETHER!
There will be some swerves in the road, some bumps, and maybe a
detour or two. Just DON'T FREAK OUT! Support each other. Help each
other. Don't be afraid to ASK for help if you need it! Be kind and don't
be critical of people. Treat them as you would wish to be treated! - Have FUN! (OK so I said that already :)
- NEVER GIVE UP!
